Paperback Books: You can return them within 7 days if they’re unused and in good condition.
eBooks: All sales are final, but we’ll help fix any download or access issues.
Damaged or Wrong Orders: If something’s not right, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
1. Paperback Books
If your paperback book doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The book is unused, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging.
You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If the book was damaged in shipping or we sent the wrong one, we’ll cover the return and replacement.
If you simply change your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. eBooks (Digital Downloads)
All ebook purchases are final, since digital items can’t be returned once downloaded.
However, if you experience any issues—such as a broken link or trouble opening the file—just let us know!
We’ll make sure you receive your ebook without any hassle.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
